What are the Whey Isolate Protein by AAN Ingredients?
In this supplement, on top of the twenty six grams of protein in every serving, there are also six grams of Amino Acids in every serving as well. This supplement is loaded with Isoleucine, Leucine, Valine, Histidine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan, Alanine, Arginine, Asparic Acid,Glysine, Proline, Serine, and Tyrosinen Amino Acid ingredients. Amino Acids are so imporant and should not be overlooked for the serious athlete or bodybuilder alike. A short definition of Amino Acids is that they are the simplest form of protein. Meaning that whey you take in say 100% isoalte protein, after you consume it, and it goes through your digestive system, your body breaks that whole protein down in to simplier forms like Amino Acids.
